Is the soap vegan?
Probably not. Some of the soap contains animal-based products like honey and goat's milk. Sometimes bits of soap, leftovers from cutting and shaping, get recycled, and blades and molds that touch one product touch other products. That said, all of the soap is at least vegetarian: No animal fats are used.
Is this a legit operation?
I'm trying to make it one, yes. I'm no business expert, mistakes might be made. Memebars LLC is registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where I live and work, and taxes are reported. (see https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/single-member-limited-liability-companies). I used to work for the US federal government, who investigated the hell out of me before declaring me fit to work for them. I aim to keep it that way.
